Oh and I also made this shrine for Frida Kahlo. She is my icon and a bit of a roll model. Tough lady too. I adore her works. And here boldness. She is just incredible.
This collar I made with this D.I.Y wednesday. Yeah I was definitely in a creative/artistic mood last week. As a professor in Economics' might comment : 'Because of the economic crisis people want to do more more stuff themselfs like sewing or wathever...'. I borrowed 'The wizard of Oz' from the public library. I had never seen that movie before -What a shame-. And specially so since Dorothy has the nicest glitter shoes in the entire history of the planet! AND LOOK SHE WEARS IT WITH BABY BLUE SOCKS. I mean isn't that the most marvellous idea ever ever ever?!
