sucking at blog titles 24/7

Hi! Exams are over and I am now in that time of pure bliss between the last day of exams and the day you get your results. I am really 'bus' at the moment but I needed to get this update post out of the way.

Here are some disposables that I took last half term when Ophelia came to Belgium as well as some memories of Halloween and other stuff

Zoe & me on Halloween. Zoe was 'watermeisje' and I was a cheerleader
(don't ask me about the shopping cart)

Marie, Aster, Seppe, Poppy & Silke
Zoe in her room during Halloween (look at all the good records that girl's got, ew I am so jealous)
Ophelia in my room.
Emma, Zoe & Fien during Halloween

Zoe, Fien, Aster, Parel & me with Halloween
Opi again
Parel in Zoe's bathroom when we were dyeing our hair bluegreenish #impulsdecisions #yolo
(I only did one little part and didn't bleach it so don't worry)
Marie spraying Aster's hair green.
Fien & Zoe after we saw Fleetwood Mac and overslept and missed a halve day of school (#yolo again)

I am so excited for Wes Anderson's new movie! Look at that trailer ah so many good vibes.

Also Tilda Swinton as a dead rich lady??? Yes please.

Going further on the cool videos theme: this King Krule video clip. I love his music so much (the lyrics!) .

That video clip of Easy is a marvel. It is one of my favorite videos ever made.

ALSO! The new BeyoncĂ© album is literally the best! 'Lol brb dropping a new album with 17 videos whilst

doing a 123 countries tour and bringing up a young child' WHAT EVEN. I think Flawless is my fave because oh my god the Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie verse. Definetly the best pop album released in 2013.
And never forget: It's Beyoncé's world and we are just living in it.

And lastly here is a little Fall playlist I made some time ago.

Designer Outlet Roermond

Hello! I am in the middle of a weekend of studying and sobbing in cups of coffee (praise the lord for caffeine) Maths is hard, you guys, but I really wanted to post this before Monday when my exams officially start. Last Friday I had the opportunity to visit Designer Outlet Roermond with some other bloggers (Jonas, Paulien, Elien, Yara & Joyce).
We were welcomed by the very sweet Yolanda and she showed us around the little village (so many pretty shops!). We had a nice cup of coffee together before we got our gift receives and went totally wild. (Sorry for the weird quality of this photo, I have no idea what went wrong)
wearing American Apparel striped crop top, girl scout patch that I scored on eBay, denim dungarees are vintage L.L Bean (again), Falke opaque tights, Happy socks and vintage granny lace up boots via Etsy
Prada fitting rooms (I am pretty sure that the whole store is made out of angel dust and unicorn tears). We weren't allowed to take any photo's of the products but believe me the shop (that was recently renovated and is now two times bigger than before) is beautiful and you can score great bargains!
Yara rocking her fluffy beanie & Rika Iron Girl sweater.
Elien and Paulien excited over their Mulberry purchases!
The decor was so christmas-y and made me feel like I was in a Grimm fairytale/German idyllic village/Shortbreadhouse aka what dreams are made of. I mean a carousel and a 19m high Christmas tree!
Paulien showing of the process of buying a designer bag in gif form.
Some of our bags (spoiled brat alert)
And I, dear people of the internet, got this beautiful Prada checkered sleeveless collared shirt. I am really into lines right now (proof) and I am just so happy with this beauty! I am a bit scared to wear it because it is so fancy and I basically dress in one euro frocks. But once I get over the fanciness I will probably wear the life out of it. I also bought a red/blue striped sweater and blue knitted beanie from Fred Perry and two Bodyshop bodybutters and lipbalm. And I can't express how happy I am with my purchases.

Thank you so much Yolanda and everyone at Designer Outlet Roermond. I had a really good time and I would definitely recommend visiting it when you are around.

Love & wish me luck for my exams,
Ibe

press days ss14

Hi! Yes long absence (like always). I am kind of running out of apologies for my lack of posting. Anyway, here goes. This Wednesday Jonas and I went to the ss 14 press days. These were my fourth press days and I feel like a real pro now (hahahahaha no). I was 12 when I first went and it has come to feel like a family reunion (with Jonas definitely in the role of cool aunt in this fashion family).  Well not really. Ok, so let's get started and show you all the pretty stuff that will be ready for you to buy and drool over within a  few months! Get excited!

Reebok did a collaboration with Keith Haring! I mean need I say more?
Shimmer Twins lashes via Sorbet Seams which is a really cute Belgian webshop that sells clothes, lingerie, knitwear, deco products and these amazing lashes by make-up artis Holly Silius. I have been lusting over a pair since I saw Tavi Gevinson (duh who else) rocking her pair here, and when I saw them shining in the Marnix & Ally showroom I literally made a little happy dance (Jonas may be called to provide testimony). Can't wait to have a full pair of glittery lashes during the Christmas/New Years season!
Orla Kiely printed dress via Manufactuur
I am so in love with these Steve Madden shoes! It feels that if Stevie Nicks needed to wear something rather than going barefoot she would definitely choose these.
(you do know that there  is a Stevie Nicks reference in every post)
Jonas & me swaggin in da jungle
I am really into big rain jackets right now probably because after a year of being cold and soaked during the fall/winter months, I finally accepted the fact that my jeans jacket isn't going to keep me warm during the awful rainstorms that are trashing on poor lil Belgium. And maybe because they just look really good on everything. I  own four rain jackets and there is always place for another one like this one from Bench!
I mean a holographic/silvery/metallic rain jacket with a really good fit? YES PLEASE.
Really cute t-strap mary janes by Edith & Ella.
Okay I am really really really excited to show you guys this! The Titi + The German Kid x Ibe collection! I am going to write a whole separate  post about it but I really wanted to give you a sneekpeak. The campaign was shot by Sofie Coreyenen. That lady is not only a great photographer but also a really awesome person so if you happen to be in Antwerp around the 20st of November make sure to check out her show. Here is the facebook event
Fred Perry dress. I will never get over crisp white collars.
Happy socks actually make me really happy! Oh the cliche. I own a few pairs of Happy Sock (well actually they are my siblings' but I sneak in their rooms and steal them from their drawers). You can see me wearing them here, and here and if you know me in real life on a regular basis (because Ibe Rossel is an outfit repeater. Lizzie Mcguire reference see what I did there?!). So yeah basically Happy Socks rule!
Herschel backpack
Maruti leopard print shoes.
Another sneakpeak of the Titi + The German Kid x Ibe collection. Gah macrame fruit necklace! I am so happy with this collection like seriously how perfect is this.
Look who we have here! The president of the ultimate loser club aka me. Wearing vintage earrings, sweater that I borrowed from Myrte that her granddad got in the 80's in Hongkong, a vintage oversized jeans jacket and my backpack. Not pictured: Green corduroy skirt by Monki and my new Zara Loafers and some random rings and bracelets. I will try to feature the whole outfit on the blog!

Okay guys I love you!
Thanks for reading <3>Love,
